Assistant Directors at HNMUN-LA

Assistant Directors play a vital role in enhancing the substantive excellence of our conference. Assistant Directors (ADs) serve alongside our committee directors by moderating and assisting delegates with technical advice, providing ideas for crises and the means of implementing them, taking notes on committee debate and delegates' participation, and completing any other task required by the chair. Participating as an AD at HNMUN-LA is an enriching educational and cultural experience, as staffers will be able to use their expertise to assist their chairs and help delegates take their debating skills to the next level and will have many opportunities to immerse themselves in the rich culture of Panama City, Panama. Please note that only students enrolled in a university or in their last year of secondary school may apply to be an Assistant Director.
