Every year, delegates from around the world will find time outside of committee to immerse themselves in the social and cultural experiences offered by our conference.

monday, JANUARY 13: welcome cocktail
8:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Plaza de la Cultura Democrática, Tribunal Electoral de Panamá
Dress Code: Semi-Formal, Cocktail

Why wait until the First Session to meet committee directors and fellow delegates? Join us for a pre-conference Welcome Cocktail at Plaza de la Democracia. Come kick back before resolution drafting begins for a night full of excitement. University AND high school delegates are invited to get in the HNMUN-LA spirit alongside Harvard directors and staff who will be eager to meet you.
tuesday, JANUARY 14: global village

Global Village holds paramount importance as it facilitates an environment of cultural exchange, diversity appreciation, and inclusive collaboration.
Global Village will provide a platform for students from various backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities to converge, fostering cross-cultural understanding and enriching academic discourse with diverse perspectives. This global aspect not only broadens horizons but also nurtures a sense of global citizenship among participants, preparing them to navigate an interconnected world by embracing diversity, respecting different viewpoints, and promoting intercultural dialogue and cooperation.

Saddle up, y'all! Get ready for an unforgettable night as we bring the Wild West to the vibrant shores of Downtown Amador in Panama!
Join us for "The Last Rodeo," a farewell party where cowboy hats, boots, and bandanas set the tone for an epic send-off. Dust off your best Western gear, grab your lasso, and prepare for a night of tunes, lively dancing, and memories that’ll ride off into the sunset with us. This isn’t just a goodbye—it’s a celebration of every adventure that’s led us here. Don’t miss your chance to say, “See ya down the trail!”

All underage delegates are welcome at our high school social events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. To be granted entry to university social events, you must bring a government-issued ID and your HNMUN-LA Delegate Badge (provided by HNMUN-LA upon registration). HNMUN-LA and the 2024 Host Team do not assume responsibility for the underage consumption of alcoholic beverages and are not responsible for granting entry to individuals wishing to enter third-party premises. Furthermore, HNMUN-LA, 2024 Host Team, Parlatino, and ASPADE do not assume responsibility for the conduct of participants present at social events and expect individuals to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully, and within the confines of Panamanian law.
