Third Person inside the room will have an additional charge of 20 USD per night and the same applies for an additional person totaling to 4 people in the room for 115 USD or 125 USD depending on the room type excluding tax.

In addition to this information, we would like to define that a:

  • A Standard Room is a room with 2 Queen Size beds

  • A Junior Suite Room is a room with 1 King Size bed and a Sofa bed

  • The hotel does not place additional beds in the rooms

Commercial Conditions:

  5. ITBMS tax of 7% will be added to all accounts except for the rooms.

Guaranteed Rooms:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or a credit card guarantee. Reservations can be made through the website designated for your group. The hotel will not hold reservations without guarantee.

Date Changes:

THE HOTEL will charge 100% of the total value of the stay according to the final stay list, date changes will be received within a maximum of 15 days before the arrival of the group.

Anticipated Check Out:

The hotel will charge 100% of the contracted nights, based on the Final Block List, for early departure (before the original departure of the group) received within 15 days before the group's arrival.

No-Shows:

Individual reservations, are responsible for the charge of total nights.

Reduction Policies:

The hotel accepts the reduction of 10% of total room nights hired until 15 days before the group's arrival without charge, if this percentage increases the hotel will charge a 100% of the contracted nights, based on the Final Block List. Reductions in room nights of the original block list within

15 days of arrival of the group will be charged according to the final list of definitive rooms.

All reservations will be considered confirmed based on the final rooms list.

No Smoking Policy:

According to the National Act No. 13 issued on 24 January 2008, by which is adopted for measures of smoking control and its harmful effects to the detriment of health, smoking is prohibited in all areas of all hotels. This includes common areas (open or closed).
